Things to do in Naperville this summer
Summer is just around the corner and what better way than to spend the week or just the weekend in Naperville, Illinois. There is plenty to do for everyone and not one person in your group would be bored. Whether you love to enjoy your day walking around the town, seeing the little shops Naperville has to offer. Or enjoy your day doing some activities. If you are there on the weekend then maybe take the morning to stroll through the farmer’s market, as you buy some of the freshest fruits there is. Well if you still need some inspiration to get the kids out of the house this summer, here are four activities to do this coming season in Naperville.
1. Paddleboard or kayak:
For the adventure seekers that need more thrill in their lives, this one’s for you. Paddleboard or kayak on the DuPage river as you enjoy the beautiful scenery and flow straight through the town as you head down to the Riverwalk. This a great activity to do during the summer and especially for the ones that love to live life to the fullest.
2. Trolley tours:
Trolley tours are a must in Naperville. They are quite fun, and the guide will tell you all about Naperville, the history, what’s happening in the present, and even throw in some great stories to get the whole family laughing. Truest me you will be disappointed in the trolley tours and who knows, maybe you will have found something new about Naperville, or a great restaurant to try after taking the trolley tour.

5. Centennial Beach:
Although the name might fool you, it’s an aquatic park and perfect to spend the days outdoors soaking the summer fun while swimming or relaxing down at the aquatic park. But if you were looking for a beach, there is a man made “beach” next to the shallow pool where you can enjoy the most out of a beach in the middle of Chicago. The center also has a restaurant, baseball park, and a skate park. Giving you hours of fun and if you have children, then some energy burnt off, while the adults still get to have some fun.
